Farrah's Story...
Farrah is 3 year old black beauty. Farrah is feisty and bossy yet a bit shy. She does warm up but it takes time especially with those who don’t interact with her regularly. She absolutely loves my dog and is not fearful at all as long as the dog is good to her. She loves to cuddle in bed with me. She is very independent otherwise. She’s great company.

Farrah’s favorite activities are wrestling with the throw rugs, following the dog all over the house, and running as fast as she can through out the house and climbing up the cat tree; I thinks it’s her work out routine.

If you’d like to adopt this spunky kitty, please visit www.KittyDevoreRescue.org to fill out an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Farrah, a Redlands Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Redlands, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Redlands.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Redlands already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Redlands breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Redlands paves the way for another one to be saved.
