Mindy's Story...
Mindy is a one and a half year old girl who was rescued as a stray. Her former owners did not want her anymore so they let her out of the yard to roam the streets. Luckily a concerned neighbor took Mindy in until we could come and get her. Despite her abandonment, Mindy loves people like no other! She is good with kids and other dogs. She is still young and has a very youthful, energetic spirit. She would make a great family dog!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mindy, a Los Angeles American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
