Stripe (12 lb) Happy Lil' Dude's Story...
Hi! I'm Stripe! My owner can no longer take care of my so I'm now looking for my new forever home! Yes, I'm a happy-go-lucky little dude! I'm approx. 2-3 years old and approx. 12 pounds(5/15). I'm extremely sweet, loving, friendly and playful. I've never met a stranger. I'm great with older kids(8+), cats and other dogs. Small kids my play too ruff with me. I live with all three and have a great time. I'm highly intelligent! I'm house trained. Right now I spend most of my time indoors but when I get outside I love to stretch my little legs and put my ears in the wind. I'm very agile and have a medium to high energy level. I really love being petted and loved on. I can be a lap baby or do my own thing. I love to go for car rides and ride well. I love to sleep snuggled up to someone. I'd make a great companion for anyone who wants a very loving little dog. It was really hot the day my pictures and video were taken so I was ready for the AC. I'm ready to learn new things and live the good life! I'd love to be an exciting addition to your wonderful life/family! I'll provide the unconditional love and you can provide the belly rubs! This pet has a short video available to watch on our u tube channel, http://www.youtube.com/user/CCR923/videos to give adopters a better idea of the pets personality and true size. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stripe (12 lb) Happy Lil' Dude, a Burlington Rat Terrier/Toy Fox Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Toy Fox Terrier for sale in Burlington, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Toy Fox Terrier dog from a breeder in Burlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Toy Fox Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Toy Fox Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
