Kane's Story...

KANE IS IN NEED OF A FOSTER HOME OR ADOPTER. HE WAS LIVING OUTSIDE BECAUSE HIS FAMILY HAD NO TIME FOR HIM. HE IS IN A TEMPORARILY PLACEMENT WHERE HE LIVES WITH OTHER DOGS AND KIDS.

Kane is a very affectionate, 1 year old pit bull terrier whose family didn't have time for him anymore so they tied him outside to live. He has been in a temporary foster home with someone who wanted to get to know him better and give him a break from his sad existence. His foster mom reports that he is good with other dogs, children and even cats! He is about 50 pounds and loves attention (as most pitties do!) He is housetrained, working on crate training and does well on a leash. He has lots of energy. He is a very sweet boy. He will have some things to learn but a little investment in time will go a long way with this boy! Kane will be neutered, updated on vaccines and microchipped before going to his new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kane, a Tyrone Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Tyrone, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Tyrone.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tyrone already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tyrone breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tyrone paves the way for another one to be saved.
