for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Jet's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jet's Story...
Jet is a friendly, four year old black female cat. Jet loves attention. Most of all, Jet loves to cuddle up on somebody's lap and have her belly rubbed.

Jet was rescued along with her siblings when she was a tiny homeless kitten living in a pipe in the wall by a busy train station. Once Jet was spayed, tested and vaccinated she was adopted into a home very quickly. Jet lived in that home for three and a half years. Recently that family was no longer able to keep Jet so Cattitude Inc volunteers took her back.

Jet currently resides in our adoption center in the Piscataway Petco with many other cats. Jet likes to play with toy mice when the volunteers come. She is good with other cats, dogs, and children.

Jet is spayed - negative for FIV/FeLV - up to date on vaccinations.

Want to meet this purring girl kitty? That's easy. Just send an email inquiry to njcattitude@gmail.com - one of our friendly volunteers will respond pretty darn quick. Or...you can meet Jet at one of our Saturday adoption events in the Piscataway PetCo {1333 Centennial Avenue} between 11a.m. and 4p.m.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jet, a Highland Park Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Highland Park, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Highland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Highland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Highland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Highland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
