Quiet, Sweet, Affable

Betty is a senior lady with a lusciously thick coat and the cutest pink nose. This low-key, friendly kitty has a truly sweet-nature about her that you can't help but notice whenever you watch her gentle ways.

Betty was tolerant of the cat in her previous home; we don't know how she is around dogs or children.

All four of Betty's paws are declawed, so she would need to be an inside-only cat to ensure her safety. That's fine with Betty...a good window for bird watching and a cozy place to sleep and she'll feel secure, happy and forever grateful.

Betty has Chronic Renal Disease, which means her kidneys are not functioning as well as they once were. This condition is so common in older cats that APA! offers a special adoption package for them. Read more about renal failure and adoption details here:  http://www.austinpetsalive.org/2016/03/lives-worth-saving-cats-in-renal-failure
