Gavin is a Papillon (mix). He is so cute and playful when he knows you but afraid of most people. I put special needs in only he will need someone special to win him over. He spends most of his time playing with his adoptable friends. He is going to need someone with patience, kindness and time to be held. He's not got a mean bone in his body. This little guy would make a great addition to any home that is use to a little dog with some social anxiety! Kids would be a bit much for him.
