Blaze is over the top adorable! Although happy now and brings smiles to all around him, Blaze clearly was not treated with respect in his early life. Blaze has to know and feel comfortable before being petted by a stranger, otherwise hands frighten him severely and he has been known to snap. Once Blaze establishes confidence he is warm, affectionate and quite loving. He loves, loves and loves other dogs and has been successfully tested with cats.
Blaze has a charming behavior: He stands on his hind legs and rapidly paws the air with his front legs! Blaze is extremely obedient and well trained. He knows "Crate", and he runs to his crate and waits patiently. He knows, "Wait" when he is presented food. A responsible home with minimal distraction is ideal for Blaze. Only a loving home that understands and respects Blaze's limitations will be considered. Thank you.
