In order to adopt from our rescue, all pets in the household MUST be spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm preventative.
If you're interested in adopting, you MUST submit an online application. You're more than welcomed to come meet the dogs at our events, but please note that we do not do out-the-door adoptions. We must have your approved application on file before you can adopt.
You don't need to wait until our events to meet our dogs, though. You can submit an application and we will make arrangements for you to meet/adopt the dog you are ready to fall in love with.
Hello Great Dane lovers!
My name is Dega, and I am almost 5 years of age. My human family had to give me up because they have a new baby in the home, and that new baby has been very sickly since birth. They didn't feel it was fair to me to have to be alone all the time, as they are spending countless hours at the hospital with the tiny human.
So, here I am, available for adoption to a new family who has those hours to spend with a great girl like myself. I'm very friendly and I'm housetrained, yet I enjoy some outdoor time as well. Just like all Great Danes, I prefer to be with my humans, but if you have to go to work to buy my dog food, I'm okay with that, as long as there's a doggy door that allows me to come inside and go outside while you're away.
Thank you for considering adding me to your lives. I'm really sweet, and I will surely do whatever it takes to please you!
