Facts about Peanut

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Brown Tabby
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Peanut is a very sweet brown tabby female with short hair. She is on the small side and is very cute. She is about six years old. Peanut is extremely friendly and wants to be petted. She will follow you around and jump up next to where you stop and pause, hoping that she can get some love and cuddling. Peanut gets along okay with other kitties, so would be okay in a multi-cat household, but she would be happy as the only kitty, too. She is FIV+, but that is no longer as contagious as once thought, so she can easily be mixed in with other cats. She’s a good little friend and would love to have someone to care for her.

When you find a companion that is perfect for you, we will ensure that your new pet is spayed/neutered, up to date on all shots and microchipped.

At Brigid's Crossing we take the time to care for the animals until they are safe in their new homes which we believe makes for a healthy and happy transition for all involved.

All of our animals are chipped, spay/neutered and up to date on current shots.
