Mona's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Mona's Story...
Mona is all dressed up waiting patiently for her new home. She is a very cute, sweet, black/white tuxedo who has lived outside for most of her life.   She had a very nice lady taking care of her but unfortunately could not bring her inside. Mona is very happy to be inside and is enjoying all the comforts that come along with it.  She has learned the playtime is a lot of fun.  She especially enjoys playing with toy mice.  Mona is on the shy side and would probably do best in a quieter household.  She gets along with the other cats and is fine with the 3 small dogs despite having been terrorized by a dog during her outside days. She enjoys being petted and is learning that being held is not a bad thing. There is nothing she enjoys more that an afternoon nap, in a nice comfy bed, basking in the sunshine.  Mona is about 2 1/2 years old (born 8/15/2013), spayed, up to date on vaccination and negative for FeLV and FIV. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mona, a Lenhartsville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lenhartsville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Lenhartsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lenhartsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lenhartsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lenhartsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
