My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This gorgeous rescue doggie is in a foster home in San Antonio, TX and can be transported to an approved adopter in the US and Canada

My name is Lyon. I am a 3-month-old, 9 pound Boston terrier blend. I will be about 30 pounds when I am grown. I am sure you want to know a little about me. I am adorable (as you can see in my pictures), I love playing with balls and other toys. I am doing great on my house training and crate training. That’s because I am a smart boy! I am friendly toward other dogs and cats and I would also be good with kids. Are you missing something in your life? Is that something black and white and full of affection? Guess what! That’s me!! CARE has been nice enough to take care of me while we await your call to bring me home and give me the forever family that I long for. I can’t wait to meet you!

*CARE RESCUE IS A 501C3 NON PROFIT and is located in San Antonio, TX where we have an extremely serious pet overpopulation situation and four hundred plus adoptable pets lose their lives in the shelter and on the streets every week. We have been trying to save as many as we can for the past 6 years and with your adoption, we can help save even more.
**This is the base fee for transportation and varies according to weight of the dog and location. Flying to Canada requires an additional customs fee.
