Find a pet to adopt
I am already spayed and up to date with shots.
Hey there! My name is Aurelia. I was brought to the shelter in 2016 when my owner recognized I needed a little more love than they could give. I am a sweet old lady who would love nothing more than a sunny window to lounge in. I could stand to lose some weight as I am in the fat cat room here at the shelter. I have lived with small dogs, cats and birds so I can pretty much get along with anything. Since I was a little overlooked in the love department I can come across pretty standoffish but once you start loving on me I'm sure to melt your heart. If I sound like a match for your home come and see me today!

much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder,
or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for
a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of
You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home.
In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who
help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten
adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
