Mongo is a ridiculously cute four year old Chihuahua. Mongo walks well on a leash, he is not bothered by the other dogs in the yard, he likes to be held, he likes to have his back scratched and he knows what "let's go for a ride means" - such a smart boy! Please come out to Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center to meet this sweet little lap dog.
