My name is Oreo and I am very lucky, you see I was rescued from that shelter that is in the news now. I am safe and I am loved and well cared for now by the people at HSI. I am spayed and utd on vaccinations. I am in a foster home and I love it. I love my human kids and activities. I even like to help strip the beds and fold laundry. I do well with dogs that do not chase me. I like to cuddle on my time.. I am a fluffy type Tuxedo girl, very beautiful and I will fit into any family.
The adoption fee for adult cats is $75.00 and up, kittens $150.00. The fee includes spaying or neutering, current vaccines, de-worming, a combination test for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) / Feline Aids (FIV) and fecal testing for intestinal parasites. Your first step in adopting a new family member is to fill out an adoption application. The adoption form must be filled out completely with phone numbers and a vet reference (even an old one, or a reason there is not one) before it will be processed. Your application will not be processed without this information. Please visit our website at www.humanesocietyofiredell.org to download an application, or email a request for an application to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please fax your application to 704.663-3353. Thank you for your interest in our animals!
