Giggles (watch my video & another video!) was rescued on 4/17/16. She was very scared at the shelter running and darting to avoid being leashed. When brought out of her kennel for evaluation she remained very timid trying to hide. Now that Giggles is in her foster home she is finally relaxing. She does well with other dogs big and small. She particularly loves toys especially balls. She likes to cuddle and give kisses. She is very timid of new people but learning to trust. While Giggles loves to play she also enjoys relaxing at home and cuddling in a bed or with her people. She needs basic training. FOSTER HOME UPDATEGiggles is doing well and slowly learning to trust. She is fearful and unsure of new surroundings and people particularly of men. She is in a foster home that is working with her to help build her confidence. She has gained a lot of confidence on passing people and other dogs while on leash. She particularly loves her walks. The one activity she especially loves is playtime as you can see in her video. Playing and being silly are her favorite activities. She also loves to cuddle and curl up in a comfy dog bed. Giggles would do great in a home with another dog that needs a playmate or on her own in an active home where she can be the center of attention.

About Furry Friends Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to rescuing, fostering and finding homes for companion animals in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We need more foster homes so we can save more animals! Would you please consider opening your home to a loving companion animal so they can have a chance for a new life? See our Foster Home info page.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Come see us at one of our Pet Showcases. Our locations and schedule can be found on our showcase locations page.

Our Adoption Process...

We are very thorough in our adoption process. The details and costs can be found on our How to Adopt page. We expect the whole family to be involved in the process.

We believe our dogs and cats should be treated as family members for their entire lives. They deserve the best we can give them and we should never give up on them. Adoption is for life!
