I am housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Chloe is a tiny 3 year old Chihuahua. She's only 2/4kgs and she was a breeders discard due to her inability to successfully birth puppies. While she was under during an emergency C section, Chloe's heart stopped and it was a very scary situation. Thankfully the vet and vet staff were able to save her. At that time it was warned to never let her get pregnant again and they suggested spaying her during the C Section. The breeder refused the spay and actually let her get pregnant again and the same thing happened. Thankfully this time, the breeder realized that this little girl would not only never be an appropriate breeder dog, but she was also eventually going to kill her by allowing her to get pregnant.
Due to this medical condition and the fact that her uterus is attached to her bladder (not a totally abnormal condition) we are unable to spay Chloe as much as we wish to. Her life is what matters the most so we need a home that will let her be 'the baby' and never ever allow her near another dog with the potential to breed. She would love to be the only dog and she loves to cuddle. Her little tail wags when foster mom gets home and she dances to be picked up. She'd do great in a quiet home where she can be loved all her days. We would also recommend a good quality food for her to maintain her good health and someone committed to brushing her teeth to keep them in good condition. She's a very special tiny girl and we really want a very special home for her. She has been through far too much in her young life.
Chloe is up to date with vaccinations and is microchipped. She will come with a letter explaining her inability to be under for surgery and a contract regarding never allowing her to be bred. Her adoption fee is $350. If you are interested in Chloe, please email us for an application at email@example.com or you can find our application at www.angelarmsrescue.com.
Please note we are not a shelter. All our pets are in loving foster homes, so in order to meet Chloe we need an approved application. Thanks for understanding. :)
