Meet beautiful Emma. She is a three-year-old Pit Bull/Labrador mix who weighs 59 pounds and is fully grown. Emma is nothing but a joy; she is sweet and loving, very good with dogs and loves every person she meets. She is from South LA Shelter and passed all our temperament tests with flying colors. She is a wonderful girl who is also perfect as a second dog for someone looking for a companion dog. She has a nice calm energy and loves to cuddle. Being a young adult, she is already past her teenage stage with puppy behavior so she is a very easy going dog that is a great addition to a home. Emma is already spayed, up-to-date with shots, micro-chipped and crate-trained. Come and meet her and our other adoptable dogs at our kennel!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Emma, a Los Angeles Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
