Buddy/Curtis's Story...
Hi, my name is Buddy and I am an 8-month-old Boxer mix.

I am a lively dog, ready for anything at any time. My face might look slightly misshapen (I was shot in the mouth) but that never stopped me. I am in full health and recovered to be a typical canine friend.

I am definitely a people lover, but I also completely enjoy playing with other dogs. I have lots of energy and will be needing a backyard with a 6ft. fence or an apartment where I stay on a leash (as I like to jump). I just need to find my forever home, a place where I get to go on fun walks and hikes with my family.

I am neutered and up to date on all my vaccinations and my adoption fee is only $200 and comes with a 2-week trial period.

If you would like to meet me, please contact No Hound Unhomed at 719-244-2208 or come meet me at Camp Bow Wow Colorado Springs Central.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy/Curtis, a Colorado Springs Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Colorado Springs, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Colorado Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colorado Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colorado Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colorado Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
