Scotty was found trying to fend for himself as a stray, but he's never met a person he didn't like. He can be a bit stubborn when it comes to training, but overall he's a very nice, laid-back fellow. Scotty can be a little barky with other dogs through a fence, and can get overexcited when playing with them, but he generally gets along well with his canine companions. Born in 2014, Scotty came to the shelter with some bumps and sores, but is mending well with proper care. This sweet boy would do best in a relaxed, slow-paced home.
Act quickly to adopt Scotty. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.
