Meet beautiful Jeannie, a 7 month old Lab/Whippet mix, who weighs about 30 lbs. She's sweet, loving, gentle, playful, and a total cuddle bug. She's also house and crate trained. While Jeannie is a bit shy at first, she warms up quickly and she'll soon be your shadow! Jeannie is fabulous with other dogs and loves to romp and play with her canine pals. She would be the perfect buddy to another playful dog. And while she loves to run and play outside, she knows how to calm down and relax in the house. Jeannie is still a little timid when meeting new people, but she's getting so much better. She gains a lot of confidence from her canine companions, so she would do best in a home with at least one other dogs. In addition to being wonderfully playful, she is also the sweetest, most cuddly dog! She enjoys sleeping curled up right in between her foster parents. Jeannie also does great with the 16 month old baby in her foster home. Although she probably wouldn't do well in a rambunctious household, she does beautifully with children. She rides great in the car, loves to go on hikes, and is a great walking companion.
Jeannie is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and preventatives and eager to find her forever home! The adoption fee for this dog is $295, which helps with the cost of routine vet care.
