Louie's Info...

I am already neutered, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, and not good with dogs.

Louie's Story...
Louie is the most loving and loyal little terrier you will ever meet. He only wants to be with you and will follow you everywhere and anywhere. He does need to be in a home where he would be the only dog. He has been diagnosed with Cushings disease which is controlled by a capsule he has to take once a day for the rest of his life and yearly blood tests. This little setback does not deter him in any way and he is active, loving, and silly! He would really enjoy decorating your lap all day long! Ask about our foster program!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Louie, a Canyon Country Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Canyon Country, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Canyon Country.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Canyon Country already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Canyon Country breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Canyon Country paves the way for another one to be saved.
