Panda is an approximately 6 year old spunky and somewhat zoftig female Siberian Husky. Panda found herself incarcerated at Yolo County Animal Shelter. Panda was relinquished after only 4 months with her new family. Panda is very affectionate and bonds quickly. She can be vocal, her range is bass to high C. She is content to hang out at your feet and be petted. She loves her walks, needs some training with pulling but is very responsive to correction and eager to please. Panda is housebroken and crate trained. She is very new to rescue but so far has not shown any destructive tendencies.
Panda is a big girl and has a very strong prey drive towards small dogs and cats. She can be trained to ignore them while on leash, she is already much improved after only 3 days in her foster home, but will need to be on leash at all times when being walked. For that reason, Panda needs a husky savvy home.
If you have questions about Panda or would like to adopt her contact Norsled or her foster at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are interested in any of the dogs, the first step is to fill out an adoption questionnaire found on our website and email it back to email@example.com.
