Bitsy's Story...
Bitsy is an adorable five month old Spaniel/ long haired chihuahua puppy. She was taken to a downtown vet clinic where she was relinquished by her owners because she had Parvo. Once she was well, we quickly got her and brought her into our foundation. Bitsy is an incredibly happy and well adjusted puppy. She loves to play with other dogs, so we will not be placing her as an only dog. Please only contact us if you either have another active and playful dog at home, or if you would like to adopt her with Lila, our other spaniel mix puppy, or with another one of her friends. Bitsy needs a home where someone can focus on her and can give her lots of time and attention. She would be fine with older kids and a non chaotic environment. Bitsy is spayed microchipped and UTD on shots

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bitsy, a Santa Monica Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Chihuahua for sale in Santa Monica, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Santa Monica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Monica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Monica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Monica paves the way for another one to be saved.
