This beautiful girl is Bella. We are thinking she may be a Huskey mix and we were told about 4 years old. Bella was owned by someone who enlisted in the military and left her with his mother. Sadly for Bella, his mother decided that she could not take care of Bella and brought her to our shelter. Bella is a great girl, full of smiles and tail wags. It's hard to photograph her without her ears laid back and a big 'ol grin on her face. The photos don't do her beauty justice. Bella longs to be back in a loving home, treasured as she should be. But until that time, she harbors no hard feelings. She is just grateful for any special attention and love she is given. No doubt, she would be a very loyal companion. Come out to the shelter and meet her.

Breed identification by visual means is unreliable for most dogs. We are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. Each dog at CARA is an individual and we do our best to describe each animal based on personality, not by breed label.

Please donate to our cause and volunteer as we strive to better the lives of pets in Mississippi.

Our Adoption Process...

We require an application be submitted and reviewed by our Adoption Committee. Adoption fees that cover vaccination, spay and neuter services apply.
