Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi my name is Elsa/Elsie, whichever comes out of my foster mom’s mouth first. I am 3 years old and weighing in at 22 pounds with a small stature. I have beautiful dark-lined eyes, dark tricolor with spotty freckles on my legs and belly.
I love to play and run like a new pup. I'm just learning to enjoy attention and to be petted. I'm not afraid of new people but I am a bit timid and duck down when my foster parents reach for me.
I'm good with dogs and cats. I'm good with kids too. I love my walks and I love to eat, but of course I am a beagle.
I will need a home with a fence, I can ride in car with out a crate but I do get slightly nervous. I am crate trained: I don't make a peep but I am left out most of the day. I sleep briefly with my foster parents, then get down and sleep in a dog bed at end of their bed.
I am potty trained with a doggy door. Therefore, I may need a little time to learn how to tell you I have to potty.
The only real fear I have is a blanket, pillow case or anything to cover me with. My foster mommy thinks I was hurt or wrapped up or hit with one in my past. But she doesn't know for sure and I'm not able to share.
My foster mom thinks my transition will be very easy for me. I am friendly and ready for my new forever home. If you are looking for a sweet, cute and spunky pup, please consider me.
