Don Juan's Story...
Meet Don Juan, our 4 year old Yorkie. This little boy is just full of personality. And yes, he does find the shortcut to your heart. Don Juan came to us when his owner became very ill and couldn't care for him anymore. No doubt, he was very loved and cherished in his former life. This silly boy is very playful, quickly kicking into high gear when he hears a squeaky toy. And he definitely doesn't lack energy. Don Juan's heart is huge and he is ready to find his special place in the world again. He has a lot to offer a great family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Don Juan, a Jackson Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Jackson, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Jackson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jackson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jackson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jackson paves the way for another one to be saved.
