Cross is a 9 month old male, Lab/Shepherd mix puppy who was given up when he was very young after his owner got him for free on the internet, then realized quickly he didn't know how to care for a puppy. Cross is a sweet boy who has spent all this time since a small puppy, living in a boarding kennel, not in a home which makes us all very sad. He desperately needs to be in a home environment before he gets too much older.  Cross weighs around 45 lbs and will be around 60-65 lbs full grown. He likes playing with other dogs and really needs another dog in his home, medium to large in size who also likes to play. He's used to walking on a leash, but still needs a fenced yard. Cross is vaccinated, healthy and also microchipped. Bentley has never been around children and can be a little shy when you first meet him. Kids 12  and up are probably best. Please email jglowe33@outlook.com for more info on Cross.

About A Wecome Home Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

A Welcome Home Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit created to help the homeless, hurt and/or abandoned animals. Our end goal is to place each animal in a permanent, loving home where all their needs will be met. We believe every animal deserves humane treatment. We believe in our role as caretakers, protecting those who cannot defend themselves, speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Because we are not a shelter, do not have a boarding facility, and are not connected with any other agency, we always welcome foster homes where animals can stay temporarily. We also welcome all tax-deductible donations from individuals or foundations.
No donation is too small.

Our Adoption Process...

To Do All We Can to Aid in the Rescue, Safety and Welfare of Stray and Abandoned Animals to end as much suffering as possible.

We realize we cannot save the world … but we can try by working with each rescued animal on an individual basis.
