Ainslee's Story...
Hi there! I"m Ainslee & boy, I sure am sweet! My foster mommy says I give the best kisses! I was found on The Outside. I was real skinny & real scared. A nice man had been feeding a bunch of us kitties, but he didn't know what to do with us. I'm so glad St. Francis is helping me find my forever home cuz life on The Inside is where it's at! I love my pets & snuggles. My foster mommy can't get over how nice I am- considering how much I've been through. I can't wait to meet you & give you some of my sweet kisses!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ainslee, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
