Linda's Story...
My name is Linda and I am a 6 week old shepherd mix. I was born in a shelter, but some wonderful people brought me home. I will be able to go to my new home in about 3 weeks, but I need someone who is home a lot so that I can take much needed puppy bathroom breaks! I also love other dogs and could probably grow up being friends with cats or even a human brother or sister. Attached is our adoption contract found at lastdaydogs.com and my adoption fee is $350. In an effort to save more lives, LDD is allowing expedited adoptions for certain animals if applicants email required paperwork. You can bring your new family member home more quickly by emailing your current pets' vet records, a copy of your lease or landlord letter stating you are permitted to have pets, and photos of your home. Help us help you adopt more quickly! If you would like to donate it can be done at www.lastdaydogs.com, under the Donate area. Once you click Donate, you will be directed to a PayPal interface. You do not need a PayPal account to use the interface. There is a link at the bottom of the page that will allow you to check out without a PayPal account. If you do have a PayPal account, you can pay directly using lastdaydogs@yahoo.com as the sending email. Please select "Friends or Family" when paying.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Linda, a Williamsburg Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Williamsburg, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Williamsburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Williamsburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Williamsburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Williamsburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
