Facts about Jack

  • Breed: Other/Unknown Mix
  • Color: Unknown
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Standard
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 9928470
  • Hair: Short

Jack had a very sad past...he was always an outside bun who was used to taunt lab puppies, so the dogs would hopefully learn to hunt.  His original owner tired of him, and was actually going to have him euthanized, which is so sad.  But, luckily, another rescue group (who does not foster rabbits) convinced the original owner to surrender him to their group, so we are courtesy posting him for that rescue group, while he is still under their physical care.

But Jack deserves so much more, and is now an *inside only* bun.  He has been neutered, and has *great* litterbox habits.  He's a great eater, and is surprisingly comfortable around dogs.

Jack is a very active & curious bun with a cute personality who loves to run around and explore during his daily pen-free exercise time.  He is cautious with people, but only needs just a little time to trust you, because no one has ever cared enough about him to give him a chance.  But he is a nice little boy who deserves a 2nd chance to blossom with a family of his own.

Jack is a medium-sized boy between 5-6 lbs, we estimate his age at only between 1-2 years old, and his adoption fee is $40.

If you are interested in giving Jack a chance, please go to our website: and complete the Rabbit Adoption Application.  We will check your references, and then you'll be hearing from us.  The next step will be for you to meet Jack!

About Pampered Pets Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Pampered Pets Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization of volunteers, who dedicate their personal time to rescuing and rehoming cats, dogs and rabbits in need. Many of the animals in our rescue come from shelters as strays or abandoned by their previous owner, from puppy mills or backyard breeders, as well as owner surrenders.

Our rescues are cared for in foster homes where we can observe behaviors, provide socialization and determine their temperament before placement. This helps to ensure we find just the right match for each individual animal.

We require references and do a home visit with the adopting family to ensure the safety of our pets. We want all our rescues to have a loving forever home, and we ask for your patience throughout this adoption process to assure you and your new family member will be just the right pet for you.

Come Meet Our Pets...

You may view our adoptable pets online at and schedule a personal visit (by appointment only) with the foster family, after completion of online application. If you do not have computer access, we will be happy to mail an application to you upon request. Please call Keni Morris at 513.469.0840 for more information.

Our Adoption Process...

Adoption application, vet/reference check(s), home visit and adoption donation are required. Applicants must make arrangements to pick up your new family member from his/her foster home. WE DO NOT SHIP ANY ANIMALS.

Families with fenced yards are preferred for the safety of the animals. We do not consider underground fences safe for small dogs.
