My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maddie went on adoptive trial 5/29. We are still taking applications as a backup. Maddie is now in my rescue, SACR, in the southbay of LA County, CA. She was in a foster home for 5 weeks and CorgiAid has covered the foster mother's expenses and will be covering a needed dental and senior blood panel. Maddie is now down to 27.8 lbs., is crate and housetrained. She is an "attention hog" and quite possessive (according to her foster mom who surrendered her to my rescue today, 4/26). We are looking for an experience corgi or herding dog older adult home to adopt Maddie. She would be best in an adult only setting. She needs a little reinforcement with taking treats out of the hand but she is great once she bonds with her person.
