Facts about Rocky

  • Breed: Pug/Beagle Mix
  • Color: Tan/Yellow/Fawn
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Male
This four year old will bring excitement to your life. He is a bundle of love and joy and is always ready for a nap and a play session. He is super smart, affectionate and loves to cuddle and shower you with kisses.

Rocky weights 26 lbs., but his ideal weight should be 22 lbs. His current parents are both working long hours, are not home much and are unable to provide him with the attention and physical activity he needs to thrive and loose the few extra pounds he has gained due to lack of exercise. Rocky is neutered, in good health, is fully housebroken and vaccinated.

About Stray From The Heart - NY Chapter

About Our Rescue Group...

Stray from the Heart is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and placement of homeless dogs. We provide shelter, veterinary care and loving homes for abandoned, lost, neglected and abused animals. We also provide training and education regarding the protection and care of animals, as well as ongoing support to the individuals and families who adopt from us.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Stray from the Heart does not have a shelter facility, so our rescued dogs are living in foster homes throughout the city. If you are interested in seeing a dog, call us and we'll arrange a meeting for you.

Our Adoption Process...

We require an adoption agreement and we ask an adoption donation fee of $300 - $400. For more information about our adoption process, please visit www.strayfromtheheart.org.
