My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Due to state laws regarding out of state adoptions, we cannot adopt to families in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.

Susie is a friendly 1 year old pup who was found living behind a dumpster at a fast food restaurant. She does great with cats, kids, and other dogs. We are working on house breaking and she isn't 100% yet, but she is crate trained. Breed is not a guarantee but an educated guess by our veterinarian. She is currently being fostered in Mississippi and will be transported via All Paws transport services upon adoption. Her adoption fee is $400 and includes spay, age appropriate vaccinations, a nose to tail vet check, and transport costs.

Second Chances is a rescue organization based out of Pontotoc, Mississippi which adopts dogs and puppies all over the Northeastern United States. All of our dogs and puppies are kept in private foster homes in Mississippi until adopted. Our dogs are NEVER in a facility.
