My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Annabelle. If you are looking for an amazingly sweet, friendly cat who enjoys being petted, having her ears scratched and getting brushed, then I am your girl. I have beautiful, medium-length fur with tabby-tortie markings. I am such a great cat. I use the litterbox like a good girl and I'm friendly with everyone I meet. I purr all the time. I'm happy and content and so thankful for the nice volunteers who provided me with a warm, safe, loving home in which to raise my kittens. I came to the Rescue with six tiny newborns. They were only 1 day old when we were rescued. My foster Mom keeps telling me what a good Momma kitty I am, so nurturing and patient ... I'm not exactly sure what that means, I just did what came natural to me. It's just my character and personality. I'm a lovergirl with a heart of gold. I also get along well with dogs that do not harass me. Now that all my babies are spoken for and going soon to loving, forever homes soon, it is now my turn to find my forever family. Could that be you? Adoption fee: $60. Adopt a pair: $90. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 60 days of free pet insurance.

Adoption Process: Complete the application at www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
