Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Skylar was brought to the PCAS in April 2016 as a stray. She is estimated to be about 3 years old. When Skylar came to the PCAS she was very thin and very scared for the first few days, but since has truly blossomed and now shows her sweet personality to everyone! Skylar enjoys going for walks, being around other dogs, and kids.
