My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Who knows what kind of dog Shrimp is? He has the short legs of a basset or corgi, the head of maybe a beagle, and the coat and coloring of . . . a shepherd? A corgi? Whatever Shrimp is, he is the perfect dog. He is well-behaved, affectionate, and house-trained. Although Shrimp gets along great with other dogs, he wants to be by his person. He drags a blanket out of his crate to the room where his foster mommy is and plunks himself down there. Sometimes he holds a clump of the blanket in his mouth. He is the cutest little guy ever! Shrimp is approx 7 years old. He's a little over-weight and limps a bit, but he is on a diet in his foster home and also on joint supplements, so both issues should clear up fairly soon. Shrimp's foster mom is quite smitten with him, but Shrimp deserves to be in his own home.
