Miney is a quiet and gentle cat who purrs as soon as you touch her and begins making biscuits as the petting commences. Long slow pets down her back result in a purrfect “elevator butt” and then a roll to the side so you can reach her belly.
Miney and her sibling Mo are PAWS alumni who were adopted together as kittens. They came back to us when their family could no longer care for them.
While she loves people, Miney is cautious about new places and finds spots that she feels safe in. You may see her in the cat tower, on top of a cat tree or sunning herself on the cat patio. Wherever she is, she welcomes a quiet voice and soothing pets and in return is full of love and affection.
She also loves Party Mix treats and the red string game :-)
Miney would like to live with a feline companion that is a good match for her gentle ways. She would do best in a quieter home and will blossom and thrive with gentle loving care. Come meet Miney today to see what an affectionate girl she is!
You can meet Miney at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.
If you are interested in adopting Miney, you must first complete a Cat Adoption Application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor. Cat adoption applications are available at the facility or Cat Adoption Applications may be completed online.
