Dottie is a lovely puppy with the cutest floppy ears. She was found with two other pups whom we believe to be her siblings in an active construction site. They were cowered behind some rubbish while loud machinery and the sound of jackhammers jarred the area frightening the pups into a corner hoping to be rescued. We guess she wondered into the area not knowing that it was a very dangerous place. She could have easily been struck by the heavy machinery and killed, so the local construction workers reached out to us hoping we could rescue the pups and take them to safety. Our rescuer came to their rescue and brought them to the animal hospital to ensure they were healthy. She was given a clean bill of health from the veterinarian and is now ready for adoption.

Dottie is an active puppy that gets along very well with kids and adults alike. She loves receiving dry chicken kibble or cheese strips as treats from them, but also loves playing with other dogs. She seems to have endless amounts of puppy energy, but like a puppy will fall asleep in the middle of playing. She is very curious about everything around her and turns that curiosity into playfulness. Thanks to the full love and care from her foster family, she is growing up fast and strong.

Dottie is looking for a home, and we feel she would be perfect for an any family with kids. She has had no problem getting close to everyone she meets. We are looking forward to a great and loving family, which understands how to raise an energetic puppy, and is willing to match her energy level to keep her entertained and happy.
