From the Foster:

Ranger is blind but that doesn’t stop him.  He learns your house and yard pretty quickly and then nothing stops him. Well…he isn’t fond of stairs.  A few to go outside isn’t too bad.  He loves to be brushed and combed.  He will follow you around the house…especially the kitchen.  He would gladly clean up any treats you drop for him.

Ranger is 100% house trained with no accidents, and does well left loose in the house, even if you’re gone during the day. Ranger likes to hang out and sleep on his dog bed or on the floor. He really likes being in front of the fire.  He would do best with a fenced yard not because he is a runner, but because he needs to be able to learn his territory safely.

What he needs the most is a forever home to live out his golden years. One that understands that he needs to familiarize himself with new things, and that understands that while he is a very smart, loving dog, his days of going for long walks and going new places are behind him. He is, however, ready to welcome you home every evening, and help you watch movies, and relax in the backyard, and cook, and anything else you love to do at home if you are ready to give him the chance.
