My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Willie is a 5 yr old JRT mix. We are looking for a foster home for him so we can work on resource guarding with him. He is a fabulous little dog with lots of love to give a family. Up to this point we don't think anyone has ever worked with him. We are already seeing signs of progress in him but need your help to give him a consistent loving home to work out his issues in. We will work with the home to help correct his issues and provide food and a crate while in foster care. Our goal is to get him ready for his forever home. Alsip To The Rescue (ATTR) strives as a rescue to make sure that when our adopters take home their new rescue they feel they have the support and access to all resources which ATTR can provide. If you want to learn how you can set your new rescue up to succeed and blend in with your family come to our Meet The Trainer sessions each weekend. We will give you tips on what to do when you first bring home a new rescue. Saturday at Noon in St John and Sunday at Noon in Frankfort are free Meet The Trainer sessions with more free sessions to be added during the week soon. www.alsiptotherescue.org
