Jill's Story...
Jill is a quiet, little dog that loves to cuddle and receive belly rubs. She is fine when she is left alone, but she is always excited and wagging her tail when you return. She is not much for toys, but she might runaway with a sock every once in a while. It takes her a while to warm up to new surroundings, people, and animals, but she is willing to cuddle with any person or animal when it is bed time. She is about 2 years old and weighs 15 lbs. She has big frenchy eyes and stubby legs that are adorable! Jill is crate trained and ready for a home to call her own!

If you'd like to meet this dog, please fill out an adoption application at http://www.sarocks.org/adopt or visit us on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/sarocksorg.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jill, a San Antonio Chihuahua/French Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/French Bulldog for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Chihuahua/French Bulldog dog from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/French Bulldog breeders who help with Chihuahua/French Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
