Cassiopeia originally came to Home Fur Good in April 2016. She was only a year old herself, but that did not keep her from having fluffy puppies of her own. Cassiopeia was an attentive mother and she and her puppies were adopted. Twelve-pound Cass has now been returned to us. Sometimes it is beneficial for a dog to come back to the shelter. Now that she has been in a home, more of her personality and preferences are known and a perfect match can be found for her. She prefers a quiet home with a routine, she does not care for hustle and bustle, and she does not enjoy meeting new people or having frequent visitors. Cass requires patience while she develops trust. She is a Cairn Terrier mix who enjoys her Small-Dog Playgroup, and she is not shy about inspecting her surroundings. The adoption fee is $200 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit with our vet. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm, and Mondays by appointment, and we are located at 10220 N. 32nd Street (just south of Shea Blvd.) in Phoenix. We offer a low-cost vaccine clinic on Sundays from 11:00 am-2:30 pm, and a low-cost dental clinic on Wednesdays by appointment. Visit our website at www.homefurgood.org for more information.
