Here's what the humans have to say about me:
At one year old, Bandit has already had three homes. His first owner purchased him from a breeder. Not long after, he was rehomed because they had to move into an apartment. That home surrendered him to Brittany Rescue AZ because he wasn't good with their cats. So Bandit is now looking for his FUREVER home.
Bandit is a super sweet, affectionate boy. Due to his frequent rehoming, he does suffer slightly from separation anxiety His anxiety isn't horrible and should subside once he's more comfortable in his surroundings. Bandit just cries and wines for a short period of time when left behind even though he has other canine company. He doesn't destroy things. Bandit is not fond of crates but he are trying to work on that issue.
Bandit is, however, a great car rider. If you are looking for a travel companion, he's your man! He's also a great snuggler. We would ask that Bandit's new potential adopter sign up for training classes as he could use some basic obedience training. It's also a great way for a new adopter to bond with a new furry family member.
If you're looking for a wonderful companion, to spend many years with, Bandit just may be your match.
Our adoption process includes an application, interview, home visit and meet/greet with the dog. We take great pride in placing our rescued Brittanys and will not necessarily adopt to the first person that completes an application. We need to assure ourselves that we are making the right match for both you and the dog. Bandit is neutered, up to date on vaccines and tested negative for heartworm, tick & lyme disease. Bandit's adoption fee is $400.
