This pleasantly plump older gal came to the shelter as a stray and is ready for a loving home where she can enjoy her golden years. She has some lumps and bumps which are benign cysts and should not need to be removed but should be monitored if they grow, and she could benefit from a healthy diet and lots of playtime and exercise to slowly lose a few pounds.
We always recommend crate training, exercise, playtime, and a regular schedule for potty breaks when bringing a new dog into your home. Adjustment takes time for both you and your new family member, so remember to be patient and enjoy this new and exciting time!
Included in the adoption fee are rabies & distemper vaccinations, heartworm testing, deworming, spay or neuter surgery, and a free initial exam by one of many generous veterinary clinics who have donated their service.
