My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello Friends!
My name is Charming Chelsea and I'm a sweet little fluff of about four or five (years that is!) and as friendly and sweet as can be. My foster Dad says I'm a ‘keeper’ who is affectionate, playful, lovable and lots of fun to have around. I think Dad knows me pretty well-- and I can tell he likes me a lot!
Mom says I’m a lover and a social butterfly. She says I love everyone – big and small – and I love other dogs! I love my foster home, my doggy foster brothers and I love company! When Mom's friends come over (they are called company) they talk to me and I listen very intently. I’m equally friendly and playful with children too. Mom says "to know me is to love me."
In my foster home I also have my very own unique version of ‘fetch.’ In my version Mom or Dad throw the toy and I make them think I’m going to bring it back. Well, I actually do bring it back once or twice – then I show them that I’d prefer to cuddle, snuggle, be petted and loved. That’s more my ‘thing’ than playing – at least for the time being. (Oh, and by the way, when we are cuddling and I’m being petted and you stop... I gently take my paw and place it on you and let you know I’d like more cuddles please!)
Since I came to my foster home I've learned to do all kinds of things. I’ve learned to ride in the car, walk on a leash and use the doggy door! Mom says I’m smart and want to please. That also means I’m housebroken. That’s a fine thing for a young lady like me but I really haven’t broken a thing in the house. Honest!
I love to give doggy kisses and I love to cuddle. At night, after a busy day of playing, walking and watching Mom on the computer, I crawl into my crate and go to sleep. Dad says he KNOWS that I’m longing to sleep on the big people’s bed and I hope someday that I will.
So what do you think? Do you have room in your family for a gorgeous and sweet girl who loves people and loves to cuddle? If so, and you have at least one other furkid, please ask for me. I'll be waiting.
Tail wags and doggy kisses.
Charming and Captivating Chelsea
