Lootah is a stunning, brown, Husky-x, who was part of the Nordic Paws Project; her next stop will be her furever home. This friendly dog has never met a stranger and enjoys the attention and cuddles that any passing human is ready to bestow upon her. Lootah is getting along with dogs at the Centre; however, we do know that she will lunge, bark and be quite reactive with dogs when she encounters them on leash. Does this mean that whoever adopts Lootah must join the “Midnight Walking Club”? No, but there is definitely some work to do. First and foremost, obedience training is essential and Lootah is more than ready to work her brain and show just how smart she is. She needs an experienced guardian who will have the patience to work with her as she adapts to the changes in her life. She is an amazing, bouncy, energetic girl who will require lots of exercise. Lootah needs a home without cats. If you are looking for an affectionate dog with a tail that wags non-stop, please consider adopting Lootah. She can be packed and ready to go in a flash.
