About T.A.R.A. | Adopt | Volunteer | Donate

TARA took Gus in when his previous caretaker was unable to keep him. He used to spend time inside and outside but is looking forward to a relaxing inside life with a new family. He is incredibly relaxed and loving. He leans in for petting and head rubs. Gus has a sweet, little meow that doesn't match his large body! He enjoys cuddles and attention more than active play. He can be shy at first but warms up quickly once he feels safe. He will make a wonderful addition to a family who can give him lots of affection and who are looking for a big lug of a guy to chill with...Gus would love that!

Adoption Fee: $65

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, FIV/FeLV Combo test, and deworming. A two-week trial is included as part of the adoption.

Because we do not know the background of many of our cats, we cannot guarantee exact age or breed.

Adoption centers may not have a volunteer present to open the cat enclosures, and we have foster homes located throughout the KC metro area. Please fill out an application if you'd like to meet this cat.

Interested in this pet? Please fill out a non-binding application. Our goal is to find life-long matches between animals and families, and the application provides us with a lot of information to help us help you find that match!
