Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Turk is one handsome and unique boy. He is 6 months old approximately and currently 47 pounds. We are guessing he's mixed with Rhodesian ridgeback, pitbull and labrador.
He was at the vet for a few months. He had a fractured leg. The vet tech said, "All we know is he was brought to us as a stray, hit by a car with a broken tibia. They were going to put him to sleep b/c there was no owner. But Dr. Greenhouse fixed him" Dr. Greenhouse really cared for this sweet boy. She's awesome!
He just recently joined our rescue. He is in good health and his leg has healed. He is being fostered with a family with children and is great with them. He fetches, loves belly rubs, good in the car and crate trained. He's a good watch dog and has a cool, low howling bark. He's a big goof ball who has never met a person or animal that he didn't like. Although he is still learning his manners and muscle coordination, it's all about love and fun with this guy!
