Honey has a very sweet nature. She loves to be with her people, although she can be a bit shy around new faces at first.

Honey LOVES other dogs! Absolutely the highlight of her day is to engage in play with other dogs. She has a bumptious play-style, but is not at all aggressive. She is compatible with cats.

Honey is a high energy girl, so she requires LOTS of walking/hiking. A morning and evening walk are a must for her. Honey's ideal home would have a fenced yard with room to romp and another dog to romp with.

Honey is crate trained and very comfortable in her crate. She LOVES her bunny, tiger, mallard, and other toys. She loves her soft blanket. She will snuggle and loves to be used as a pillow! (But, only after a good walk and some energy-burning playtime. :) After her morning run, she is content to laze for most of the day until time for her evening walk.

Honey is not afraid of thunder or storms, but she is afraid of small children and will avoid interacting with them. She would do best in a home where any children are at least 10 years or older.

Honey is a lovely girl looking for a loving forever home.
